Christopher Merchant II is an experienced technology leader with a diverse background in digital marketing, financial technology, law, and technical project management. Christopher’s expansive experience includes managing client relationships, development teams, and operations at multiple digital marketing agencies, as well as overseeing SaaS implementations at Pyramid Technology Solutions, and leading customer success at Fintech giant AvidXchange.

Chris’ career began with roles in sales and law, demonstrating skills in process improvement, customer relationship management, capacity planning, and software project management with a strong track record of driving successful outcomes across various industries.

Chris lives in Illinois with his wife Anna- an active duty US Air Force physician- and spends his downtime cooking and entertaining, perfecting his Linux system virtualization and networking skills, wine tasting all around the world, and rebuilding vintage American cars.
